Splendido attico di circa 120m con affaccio sul porto costituito da ingresso, ampio salone con camino, mansarda, 3 camere ( due con letti matrimoniali ed una con letti singoli), 2 sale da bagno con box doccia, cucina attrezzata, ampio terrazzo con vista mozzafiato sul mare.
L'attico si trova al 6° piano servito con ascensore sino al 5° piano e dispone di posto auto privato.
Pulizia finale obbligatoria.
Lenzuola e biancheria da bagno a richiesta con supplemento 20e/pers.
L'appartamento è situato a pochi passi da negozi e servizi e dall'imbarco dei traghetti per le splendide isole del Giglio e Giannutri.
Raggiungibili con 10 minuti di macchina le spiagge di sabbia della Giannella e Feniglia e le meravigliose calette della via panoramica.
Poco distanti dalla casa e raggiungibili a piedi alcuni stabilimenti balneari attrezzati.

Great location, sea front, 6th floor, the view is on the harbor and the whole village. The apartement is bright, with its numerous windows. During our stay, sun was hot, temperature above 35 degree: despite that, we did not suffer any warm, as you're just in front of the marine breeze. Rooms very well manteined, clean, sunlight, and sea taste everywhere. Building from the 60', well mantained: elevator ( you're at last floor), with the exception of the last floor, where you have only stairs( not a problem at all). Apartement is located just in the Centre of the town, surrounded by all shops you need. Last but not least (fundamental in high season) , apartement has its parking lot for one car.
