Appartamento molto grande e ben arredato, molto accessoriato e pulito. Ottima la vista dal balcone. Consiglio questo appartamento a famiglie con bambini perché ha una bella e grande spiaggia molto vicina
L'atrio e il vano scale, trascurati con parti rotte e parecchio sporche. Sicuramente l'ingresso e l'ascensore non sono invitanti.
