Spazi generosi ed in particolare il terrazzo ampio e vivibile grazie anche all’esposizione al sole.
La posizione arroccata costringe a salite piuttosto impegnative. In auto, in corrispondenza dei tratti più stretti, l’incrocio di altre autovetture può essere un problema. Gli ambienti hanno un odore di umidità che non è particolarmente gradevole poiché la casa è costruita nella roccia . Preciso però che tutte le stanze sono comunque asciutte è solo un problema di odore facilmente risolvibile con dei deodoranti ambientali (ne ho acquistati tre che ho posizionato nei diversi ambienti risolvendo completamente il problema).
