About this villa rental
Independent villa with sea view 180 degrees from Ansedonia on the Island of Elba.
The property is located on a hillock, just outside the inhabited area, overlooking Santo Stefano and is surrounded by a 2000 m² private garden with internal parking. It has an annex (the two beds out of the 12) with attached bathroom.
It is equipped with a small above-ground swimming pool (4x12x0.70), a play area with table football, swings, slide and table tennis and an outdoor barbeque.
The living room, equipped with a fireplace, is lofted for a study with a double sofa bed.
In the garden there are various areas equipped with armchairs for complete relaxation. The area is very quiet and cool even in the middle of August.
From the terrace equipped with sofas and armchairs you can enjoy a splendid sunset behind the Elbe.
A shuttle service 150 meters away connects it with the port from which ferries (about 30 minutes of navigation) leave for the island of Giglio and the full city center which is in any case about 900mt as the crow flies.
Porto Ercole and the charming Orbetello are 10 minutes away by car,
dogs and not cats are allowed. Animals must not sleep on the beds.
Daily cleaning (2h per day) of the villa is included in the price.

Beautiful family villa with an amazing panoramic view of the sea , in complete serenity high up above the hustle and bustle of Porto Santo Stefano. We were hardly motivated to leave the property as we were in complete relaxation enjoying this charming home of the very friendly and welcoming owners with its nicely sized pool and it’s beautifully maintained floral gardens . The house is well appointed and elegantly furnished as a family summer home in this scenic part of Italy. The owners took great care of us and were always available to help in any way including driving us to PSS to make sure we knew where all the best stores were. Thank you Giuseppe and Caterina !
