L 'The Farm Poderaccio is located in the countryside 10 km from the historic center of Florence, in a quiet area from traffic because to get from us you get into a private road with no background.
We are located on a hill in San Martino alla Palma, with a splendid view of Florence, three km from Scandicci exit of.
To reach Florence is possible to arrive and leave the car in a free parking Scandicci (three kilometers), take the tramway and be in Florence city center in just twenty minutes.
Here's an example of accommodation:
Mistral (two rooms 48 square meters - 2 + 2 pax): double bedroom with panoramic views of Florence, lounge / living room with a sofa bed and half, kitchenette with oven, DTV, WiFi internet access, bathroom with shower, private parking .
- Libeccio (apartment 25 sqm - 2 pax): a room with double bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, DTV, WiFi internet connection, private parking.
The two apartments have two separate entrances and are also interconnected by an internal door.
Outside there is an area reserved to the apartment equipped with table and chairs and a large shared terrace overlooking Florence (m. 280), a solarium, barbecue, laundry, a pool of mt. 10x5, table tennis, table football.

The property is very close to Florence and easy to reach. Nicely maintained with great swimming pool and good quality accommodations. We visited Florence by train. This is very easy and you can park your car by the train station. All in all our week was great.
