The location and how traditional it was

I think it could have been a little better if they had some lamps in the seating area for at night.

The food in the restaurant was tremendous- some of the best food we’ve had! Giulia and the team were lovely hosts!

The air con did very little to cool our apartment.

We loved this property. The location is stunning and our rooms were equally fantastic. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and had an informative wine tour. The staff was welcoming and the food at the Osteria was very tasty. 10 out of 10 experience. We would have loved to stay longer.

The drive up to the property was challenging.

The location is beautiful and very scenic. The rooms were nice.

We were told in the email that there would be a restaurant open on site. This was not the case and we had to walk several miles to the village to find something to eat. I have an issue with my leg and this was a major inconvenience for me. Taxis to and from the town were thirty euros and we ended spe ding a lot of money just to get something to eat. The lady at reception did offer to prepare us some cheese and prosciutto but we had been travelling all day and needed a proper meal. Also we had to wait an hour and a half from the time we got there to check in so by the time we found out there was no food available it was getting dark out.
