Really enjoyed our stay at this place — it was clean, the apartment was equipped with everything we needed, and it was convenient to travel to the nearby towns: on foot, it takes about 25 minutes to get to the nearest train station. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help and treat us to something delicious. Thanks to their recommendation, we discovered an amazing restaurant with delicious food.

Highly recommended! For starters, Martina waited and brought me home with my luggage in her own car, and explained all about Montelupo and all the good places. Room was extremely clean, hot water in the showers. Martina even offered me their bike to use to go the station daily. At Checkout, she gave me a ride to the station. Highly recommended!

It was an incredible five-day stay. We arrived in Montelupo by bus and Martina (the owner) met us and took us to the apartment. The apartment is located 10 minutes walk from the stop of the 72 bus that goes to Florence and 20-25 minutes walk from the train station. From the station you can easily get to Florence, Pisa, Livorno, Siena and other cities. Travel time by train to the center of Florence is about 30 minutes, by bus with transfers - about 1 hour 15 minutes. Our apartment was exactly as described, was fully equipped. Among other things, the apartment had a new TV, new air conditioner, a new iron, a small refrigerator. Perfectly clean room, washbasin and toilet. Very comfortable bed, plenty of towels of different sizes. The door of the apartment opens onto a cozy courtyard, where you can dine in the fresh air or drink a bottle of wine. In general, it is very quiet, calm, cozy and clean. Martina and her family are very friendly people, ready to help in any matter. We felt like in a family. We highly recommend these apartments and this wonderful family. Moreover, the owners have several apartments for different numbers of people, with different amenities and, accordingly, different prices. But everything is in excellent condition and very clean. For those who travel by car, there is the possibility to park it. Within walking distance there are 2 large supermarkets, several restaurants and pizzerias.

Posizione strategica su Firenze, Lucca, Pisa,Siena.

La posizione era ottima in quartiere molto bello e tranquillo con possibilita di parcheggio facile e gratuito . Poco lontano dalla stazione ( il treno impiega 20 minuti per arrivare a Firenze su una linea che prevede due corse all'ora) La camera bella in un complesso recentemente ristrutturata , ampia , pulitissima con letto comodo .Veramente tutto perfetto !

Eine chic eingerichtete Wohnung am Rand des charmanten Örtchens Montelupo mit Keramikkunst, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, per Zug ist man schnell in Florenz, sehr sehr nette Gastgeber!

Un très grand merci à Martina et sa famille pour leur accueil, gentillesse, service et disponibilité

L’ensemble du séjour était parfait et Martina l’hôte est charmante, souriante et parle français. Martina et sa famille sont des personnes adorables, accueillantes, serviables et disponibles, à notre arrivée ainsi que notre départ la famille de Martina a eu la gentillesse de venir nous chercher ou nous y déposer à la gare de Montelupo. Le logement se trouve à 25 minutes de Florence et 1heure de Pise en train. Le temps du trajet à pied du logement à la gare de Montelupo il faut entre 20 et 25 minutes de marche, cela se fait facilement. Nous avons loué la chambre double équipée d’une salle de bain et d’un petit frigo...tout était parfait, une cuisine était à notre disposition, des spécialités toscane préparées par la famille de Martina...un vrai délice. Un grand merciii à Martina et sa famille pour ce séjour agréable...Nous le recommandons FORTEMENT ce logement

Une de nos meilleures réservations.

La location est parfaitement conforme à sa présentation. L'appartement est très bien équipé et la literie est très confortable. L'environnement est calme et permet les visites en Toscane par tous les moyens. Mais le réel point fort, c' est l' accueil particulièrement pro tout en étant chaleureux de Martina et sa famille. Nous retiendrons les nombreux égards et attentions auxquels nous avons eu droit.

Wir werden wieder kommen!

Alles war sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Die Außenanlagen waren wunderbar grün. Man hat bei der Sanierung des Gebäudes auf nachhaltigen aktuellen Standard gesetzt und Wärmepumpe sowie Photovoltaik installiert. Die Wallbox wurde von uns auch genutzt, auch das war kein Problem. Die Eigentümer sind vor Ort und sehr hilfsbereit und geben auch gerne Tipps für Restaurants und Veranstaltungen.

Kein Negativpunkt zur Unterkunft, aber man sollte sich ausreichend Mückenschutz mitbringen…

Tutto perfetto!

Abbiamo alloggiato al loft Gea per una settimana ed è stato tutto perfetto. Host e proprietari di casa super carini e disponibili ad ogni nostra richiesta. Casa comoda, dotata di ogni comfort ( cucina, aria condizionata, lavatrice etc ) . Avendo mio fratello a due passi sarà in futuro sempre un possibile appoggio. grazie mille per tutto, grazie Martina per ospitarci!

היינו 2 זוגות מבוגרים בדירה הגדולה, במשך 6 ימים. הדירה נפלאה. מעוצבת יפה, ונעימה. גינה יפיפיה. 2 חדרים גדולים מאד, נוחים. המיטות נוחות מאד. המטבח מאובזר במלואו, עם סירים מחבטות וסכו"ם. הכל נקי ונח לשהייה. גולת הכותרת אילו המארחים. מרטינה מקסימה. חייכנית ועוזרת בכל הנדרש. עזרה לנו להשלים את מסלול הטיול, ומיקדה אותנו ביעדים שעדיף ללכת. הביאה לנו בזיליקום טרי מהגינה. לחם טרי שאפו לנו. הגענו ביום הראשון בשעה 2 לפנות בוקר, ומרטינה חיכתה לנו. השאירה לנו אוכל ליום הראשון. בקיצור- מארחים נפלאים. מיקום המקום נפלא. בין פירנצה לפיזה, וקרוב לסיינה. מבחינתי המקום והמארחים זוכים לציון 10. ואפילו יותר
