Our family of 4 were welcomed with a warm smile and lots of attentiveness from Giulia. We stayed in a cozy 2 bdr farmhouse apt equipped to cook in. We arrived by train to the station at Montelupo. Giulia recommended a few taxi drivers for us and the ones we had were so friendly. I would recommend renting a vehicle to drive to/from the property as taxi rides can be quite expensive. Giulia was fun and very knowledgeable. Always available to answer our questions and really strived to make sure we were satisfied with every aspect of our stay. We had a private breakfast with Giulia and Vanessa. We also did a fantastic wine tour/tasting with Giulia. One night was a magnificent dinner in town and the other was a sunset dinner in the main building. Both were excellent! This place is a hidden gem in a beautiful setting. Peaceful/serene and the best service.

Best value in the area: views, rooms, pool, AC on top: cover street up to the property in the vineyards, closeby restaurants and mountains (for even better views). Giulia and Vanessa are managing the property professionally and reliable Highly recommend!

Absolutely breathtaking view around the property. Gives you an experience of Tuscany outside of Florence. Convenient drive to nearby towns with restaurant options. Plenty of parking.

This is a beautiful Agriturismo property where olives and grapes grow. The location is scenic Tuscan countryside, just a 10-minute drive from town for groceries or restaurants. The pool is wonderful, a glorious respite from the 40C August heat. Our apartment was simply and serviceably furnished, and I'm told it'll have air conditioning next summer. Definitely worth a visit!

Many mosquitos. The water in pool made our bathing clothes green!? Also the hair!? Great view and great looking pool area. Great service from the staff. No aircon (forgot to check).
