The lay out of the property was perfect for us with a lovely bathroom with walk in shower, 2 separate bedrooms. It was about 15 minute walk with cases from Empoli train station with approx 25-35 minutes to Florence , Sienna or Pisa - all cheap day return regional fares . 5 minutes walk to nice supermarket. 15 minutes into old town with lots of nice restaurants (Vinegar my favourite) and only 5 minutes to good local patisseries and amazing gelateria. Nice outside seating area - also our friends had a nice balcony on their first floor appt. with room for four. The AC was needed and worked very effectively.

A bit tricky to find first time and working out where to pick up key - but not too bad or insurmountable. It was mosquito season so need some spray in the evenings if outside.

Eine gute geräumige Wohnung mit großem Bad und Schlafzimmer, kleiner Terrasse. Gut zu Fuß zum Bahnhof für Städtetripps und in die Stadt. Das Auto steht entspannt an der Straße.

Für mich leider zu laut, da nur ca. 100m entfernt zur befahrenen Autobahn, dass ich Nachts die Fenster schließen musste. Leider war dazu auch noch die Klimaanlage in Küche- Livingroom und Schlafzimmer ausgefallen. Die Ventilatoren waren zwar gut gemeint, doch nur eine Notlösung. Leider, denn sonst ist die Wohnung in Ordnung für einen Kurztripp zu den Städten Pisa und Florenz perfekt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem sehr gepflegten Garten. Die Nähe der Autobahn ist bei geschlossenen Fenstern kaum zu hören.

Die Pfannen sind leicht gewölbt und müssten gewechselt werden. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet.
