La gentillesse de la dame qui nous a attendu après l'heure et nous a fourni de quoi calfeutrer notre vitre cassée à Bologne et nous a gardé nos bagages pour le dernier jour. La situation géographique à 13 mn à pied de la gare d"Empoli pour prendre le train pour Florence en 30 mn très pratique et pas cher. La superbe salle de bain très grande. Place de parking devant dans quartier sûr.

Proximité voie rapide un peu bruyante la nuit.

Location was fantastic, we loved the independence of our own home and parking was plentiful and free just outside the gate. The host was an absolute pleasure, every 2 days there was new towels, fresh linens to greet us when we arrived home. Not to mention how clean the house is. The accommodations for my wife and I was perfect, a comfortable bed, large bedroom, large bathroom, double sink basin and the kitchen meals area was perfect for us both. Great aircon and full blockout blinds/shutters. A local supermarket (Conad) a few hundred meters away, about 5 coffee shops within 400m, self serve laundry down the road, access to freeway within 1klm, Can’t speak highly enough, we don’t have any negatives at all. Really felt like home. We will be back to stay again next time.

Fantastic property because: 1 the toilet is nicely built, in excellent condition, large, all facilities are there 2. Big supermarket at 5 min walk 3. Railway station at 10 min walk 4.in perfect shade as at the ground floor, so even when not using air-conditioning, it remains cool 5 air-conditioning at 2 places in the flat, working very well 6. Lovely garden around the property 7 quiet surrounding, no outside noise, not much traffic ( you can just about hear very far away traffic from a busy main road, but only when in the garden, not indors ) , you might hear the owners above, but only occasionally. 7 The pots for cooking are of SUPREME quality, contrary to the most other renting properties with old, damaged pots! Well done the owners!! 8 there is a lovely, all wood, likely antique , long cupboard with a minute and artistic wood work on its doors. It is in the master bedroom. It is very functional as quite large and equally stunning piece of furniture. 9 extremely kind owners, who even gave us a lift, as we were with a 2 yo kid and it was exceptionally hot, to the lovely shopping centre ( Coop fi).

Sockets are a bit awkward, not European/USA, not English, but we found a number of adapters in the flat, which we used to charge phones etc so not much of a problem. The flat would benefit from an oven, although there were 2 microwaves.

Zona molto tranquilla, bell'appartamento con balcone riservato. Host abita in loco per cui tranquillizza in caso di problemi (non c'è ne sono comunque stato). Ottimo wifi, per noi che viaggiamo anche per lavoro è essenziale.

Dotazioni migliorabili per noi che viaggiamo anche per lavoro e non abbiamo tempo di fare spese (prodotti per igiene personale, condimenti per cibi, c'era solo un rotolo di carta igienica non sigillato). Niente di grave ma superabile con poco sforzo e che in altre strutture non rileviamo.
