The bathroom lovely clean, whole room was lovely, fridge which was a great bonus for us! Hanging space, draws. Great location and easy to find!
Booked a double bed and it was 2 singles with 2 separate quilts pushed together with a metal bar in the middle. Which was such a shame because we went as a couple. That's the only disappointing part.

The placement of the property is amazing! A common pick up point is a 5min walk to radison blue hotell, so no worries there! There is a small kitchen in the common area. It is ok. But there could be some more utensils. It was surprisingly quiet there. Only hearing the doors shut.
The beds are a bit hard, and for longer stays some additional towels would be nice, as the shower is leaking a bit on the ground.

location was amazing, ceiling’s were tall, room was spacious, perfect for what you need for a stay in krakow. easy and safe accessibility too

The property is clean and well decorated, location is great with a very short walk to the main square
A few issues during our stay
- the shower leaked through flooding the bathroom floor, we had to keep putting more towels down to stop it flooding into the main room (we did ask for more towels to help this and they were provided)
- the bed wasn’t very comfortable, only 1 pillow which wasn’t great
- the pipes in the bathroom I think are connected to other rooms, we could hear another couple talking from another room, we heard their entire conversations
- we stayed in the back room where the windows lead to a courtyard, the entire stay there was a noise almost like clapping in the courtyard which kept me awake and I didn’t sleep at all on one of the nights
- only one mirror which was in the bathroom, made getting ready difficult
