Spacious and everything required for comfortable stay was provided. The whole residential compound felt luxurious and safe. Building was new and well maintained. The apartment was clean. Balcony was a great addition. Our daughter was so happy to find kids games and books for her entertainment. There is a kids playground 20 m from the building. Also a coffee shop with decent coffee and sandwiches/sweets right next to the building. Located close to the old town, mall and train station. Big thanks for complimentary water and candies!

For parents with stroller: note that even though the location is close to the old town and train station, to reach to it you’d need to pass through a few staircases bridges, which is not the most convenient by foot.

The instructions we are really clear however we did struggle to use the pin pad on the main entrance to get an initially fortunately we managed to go into the building as someone else exited and then realised that the key allowed us to be gaining access with a fob, so we didn’t need to try the code that we couldn’t work out again. The apartment was clean safe secure. It was a perfect location for visiting Kraków with a short walk into the city centre. We have good immunities all around. Everything that you could think you would need was provided all amenities and instructions were clear. The only thing we would have light would be some extra pillows for the beds which is personal preference. We would stay here again, thank you to the hosts.
