The apartment was beautiful with vintage touches and a warm wooden feeling. Great modern bathroom and there are tea and coffee facilities also. The location is great. Very close to the city square and transport. Very close to the main train station and airport is only half an hour away. I did not meet any staff during my stay but the host Milosz was very nice and communicated very quickly.
The ceiling where the bed was low for a tall person but to be fair nothing can be done about that. It's just the way the apartment is designed. It was very warm when I stayed and while the apartment was cool but it would be nice to have a table fan.

The accommodation is close to the old town. The rooms are big and clean. The bed is comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment.
Would be great if there was soap on the shower

Location was good and the bathroom was modern and clean. Lovely park next to the property.
Very unique ceiling, like a vault.
The WiFi was good when I messaged to request it. Some information/welcome sheet/guest guide with the WiFi code etc would have been helpful. Message with how to gain access/key code/location was sent on day of first use.
I was expecting a self catering apartment but there was only a kettle and coffee machine. No hotplate or microwave. There was a TV but it said ( no connection). When booking it said self contained apartment with mezzanine. Previous bookings with booking.com for apartments meant that it was a home away from home not a room with kettle and en-suite.
The sheet on the mattress was bobbly obviously an old one.
Radiators in the room but no control to turn on. First night was chilly.
