ON/SET APARTHOTEL

It was a lovely apartment style hotel which was nice and modern. The location is great being less than a 5 or so minute walk from the main square, not too noisy as it’s just the right distance from the centre. The room was comfortable with great heating/ ac which was definitely needed as I felt it was quite cold in krakow when we visited.

I was quite off put by the fact there is no general upkeep on the room considering it is branded as an apart-hotel, bins aren’t changed, sheets are not changed, no fresh towels and no general up keep to the room during your stay for anything longer than 4/5 days would turn me to choose elsewhere

The location and apartment had everything we needed.

The WiFi signal wasn't great at all, we were on the ground floor. The guests upstairs were very noisy walking up and down (a lot) but this isn't the owners fault.

The location is great - very close to the Christmas Market, Old City area and comparatively close to the Wawel Castle. Another good thing - the apartment is located in the inside yard, so it is very quiet there. Coffee capsules from Nespresso were helpful as we arrived at 3 AM

Check out at 11AM is very early, if it was at least 1PM would be perfect. Luggage storage would also be a benefit, although it was not a problem - there are many places around to store luggage. And last thing - we checked in at about 3AM, would be good to have kind of discount for one night, but this is a wish, not a complaint 🙃

The location was great, the bed and pillows were firm and comfortable - the bathroom was tight but very functional.

The property is listed as On/Set Aparthotel. It is not a hotel - the title is a bit misleading. Upon arrival it took us approximately 20 minutes to enter the front door to the property. We followed the instructions to scan the QR code several times but kept receiving a message that their server was down and had to call the host. The person that answered provided us the code for the front door to the property. Upon accessing the property we had to enter the provided code on the lock box where the key was. However, after several attempts we called the host as we could not open the lock box with the code provided. The person then provided us with another code which worked! The three dining chairs were heavily stained and needed to be changed/cleaned. We warmed up some water in the microwave. However, when we opened the door to the microwave we found that particles from the top of the inside of the mircowave fell into the water. The microwave needed to be cleaned.
