Silver Apartment Old Jewish Quarter

Great location, had everything we needed, coffee and tea were appreciated, big windows were a plus

Leaking shower, smell in bathroom on the first day we entered, unable to turn tv off with remote

La ubicación. Además el apartamento está muy nuevo, limpio y decorado con gusto.

Quizá falta de utensilios de cocina. Hay pocos vasos. El colchón no me resultó muy cómodo.

The location is great, the apartment is spacious and it was clean.

The apartment was EXTREMELY warm. The ventilation system, clearly needed, did not work properly. There were 28-29 degrees inside (it was less than that outside!) which could be seen on the screen, however it was impossible to adjust anything (options did not work). When we called the manager to ask if anything can be done, he was rude and dismissive. He said that it was mentioned on booking that there is no AC - this is to be expected, AC is not popular in Poland. However, clearly there is an issue with ventilation. Funnily enough, we asked the security guard downstairs and he confirmed that previous guests in the building complained too and someone had been there to check, but nothing got fixed. Even the open window didn't help. It was also loud in the morning, with rubbish trucks parking outside with working engines... I travel a lot for business and for pleasure and this was just not a pleasant experience.
