La struttura era pulitissima.tutto esattamente come appare nelle foto,appartamento buono e veramente ben arredato,gli spazi sono utilizzati in maniera eccellente, tutto ottimamente funzionale e perfetto. La posizione ottima,a due minuti da tutto:proprio dietro l’angolo c’era la fermata dei tram e nei dintorni tantissimi locali, supermercati e pub.
a due fermate Wawel,a 2 fermate piazza mercato cn i suoi mercati.
abbiamo trascorso un weekend davvero meraviglioso e lo staff è sempre stato attivo,presente e velocissimo nella risposta ai messaggi mentre c trovavamo lì!
Nei giorni precedenti, ho ricevuto tanti messaggi con svariate spiegazioni e addirittura un Canva per il check-in.
L’unica cosa che mi è dispiaciuta é non aver trovato 1 bottiglia d’acqua in frigo,sarebbe stata una buona coccola per chi arriva e non sa ancora che i supermercati sono aperti fino a tarda sera o addirittura 24h .

Wi-Fi server suggested didn’t exist.
Shower set up terrible no overhead shower. Shower at waist height. Bathroom flooded every time you showered.
Night club in same block so bass kept us up till 5am at the weekend
