Апартаменты расположены в тихом квартале. В 3-х минутах ходьбы трамвайная остановка, за углом кофейня, пекарня, магазин. Дом новый, охрана, чисто. В апартаментах есть минимум посуды, сковорода. Есть стиральная машина (но сушка немного неудобная), да и ставить её некуда, тк иначе негде ходить :) приятным бонусом было наличие гладильной доски и вена. Единственное, что утюг слабо грел, а вот фен отличный.
Первое, что не понравилось - это запах от курения из вентиляции в кухне, который накапливался в течении дня и, когда мы возвращались вечером с прогулки, то приходилось достаточно долго проветривать. Далее можно отметить очень неудачное спальное место для 3-го человека. По сути это матрас на полу. Причем уже продавленный:( пришлось застилать дырку в нем покрывалом, тк иначе спать было невозможно :( Ну и на прощание - нам прислали неправильный код от шкафчика с ключами:( пришлось повозиться пока все выяснили.
