Old Town Premium Queen`s Apartments

Igor, porter, was phenomenally helpful in orientation to the city. His mastery of multiple languages was.key. The other porters were quite friendly, but I could not communicate with them readily in English. (My problem, not theirs!) Management (and Lena) were particularly helpful In rearranging my room option when the pictures from Booking.com were not clear on which room had which view. They were so courteous, patient with my lack of Polish language skill, and accommodated my needing to check out a little later. VERY helpful!

Neighbors smoking constantly on their balconies sort of made the apartment "smoking" and not "non-smoking" and prevented me from enjoying fresh air from.outside while having a balcony.

Apartment had everything you could ask for. It was very modern and clean. Amenities at your doorstep. Plus main square was only 5 mins away in a taxi.

Asked at front desk for toilet paper to which I was told to buy some.

Tiny studio apartment that does not feature in any of the 70+ photos of the various apartments this company rents out. I feel very misled about what property I was renting.
