Great location in Kazimierz and a 15 walk to the old town or river. Perfect! Security on the reception area which puts your mind at ease. Great size room for 1 or 2 people. Immaculately clean. Host very responsive. Would recommend to others.
Only thing I would say is new pillows or an extra would be great. The curtains are very thin so bring a sleep mask if you are light sensitive when sleeping.

The location and size of the apartment suited our needs
We reported a problem with a blocked sink which was never rectified.
The shower was really poor, you had to kneel in the bath to fit under the shower. The shower also flooded the bathroom.
The bed was really awkward to get in and out of. No access from the bottom or the left hand side.
The apartment was not serviced in the 3 days we were there. Insufficient toilet paper.
Took 48 hours for them to provide the WiFi password.
