Very poor and depressing room with awful shower and dangerous stairs to get to the bed.

Location was good.

The shower was bad. There was no mention of the very steep stairs to get to the loft where the bed was. Very dangerous as well. Lucky we were fit enough.

Great location, very clean, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed

This is not a dislike for us but people should be aware that the bed is located on aloft accessible by a steep staircase. It would not be possible for anybody with mobility challenges.

Disappointing

the host was very good to communicate with and arranged for a very easy welcome process

The apartment is on a street with traffic day and night; it looks small but it is the main way out of historic town. Could not sleep without earplugs. Also, there were some insects in the apartment that bit me all night long. I can't say it was bedbugs because I did not see one, but the bites itched and burned the same way bedbug bites do. We got out as fast as we could.

Gut, mit Ausnahme der verweigerten Gepäckaufbewahrung.

Sehr gute Lage! (Allerdings zeitweise Autolärm wegen Kopfsteinpflasters.)

Ich hätte gerne eine noch bessere Bewertung abgegeben. Es ist sehr bedauerlich, dass auf telefonische Anfrage ohne wirklich nachvollziehbaren Grund abgelehnt wurde, am Tag meiner Abreise dort ein Gepäckstück im Vorraum zu deponieren. So etwas findet man selten, es hat mich geärgert und führt zu einer schlechteren Bewertung. Sollte für die Zukunft überdacht werden!

Super mais bruyant !

Emplacement près du centre historique

Trop bruyant, à l'angle d'une rue qui est très utilisée pour quitter le centre de la ville. Le logement étant en rez-de-chaussée surélevé, la température élevée, nous avons dû dormir les fenêtres ouvertes et là, horrible, on avait l'impression que les voitures passaient à côté du lit !!! La rue étant pavée, cela fait beaucoup de bruit... Beaucoup de voitures jusqu'à 1h du matin et à partir de 6h

Une adresse à retenir

Bel appartement propre, correctement équipé et bien situé. Nous avons beaucoup aimé que les clés nous soient remises directement par les propriétaires. Valérie a pris le temps d'échanger avec nous pour nous permettre d'apprécier au mieux Auxerre et ses alentours.

Manque de sympathie… et de respect de l’hôte

J’avais réservé l’appartement pour le jour même, mais arrivant plus tôt que prévu, j’ai demandé gentiment une annulation sans frais (dans la foulée). L’intéressé « je fais pas d’annulation, vous connaissiez les conditions en réservant. - oui, c’est vrai, mais je vous ai bloqué la chambre 30 min, et ne vais pas y passer la nuit, vous allez garder quand même refuser et garder mes 65€ ? - C’est pas mon problème, au revoir monsieur. » Il a factuellement raison, commercialement par contre on aura vu plus altruiste. Les temps sont durs, entre 65€ ou un bon commentaire, l’hôtelier choisit son camps… pas le mien.

Habe selten so schlecht geschlafen wegen dem Lärm und dem Bett

Die Lage ist sehr zentral

Von frühmorgens bis spät in der Nacht fuhren ständig Autos an dieser Unterkunft vorbei, es ist der Weg von der oberen Altstadt zum Flussufer!

Très bon séjour

Situé dans la vieille ville très agréable et on peut se garer facilement. Très bonne communication avec Paul et Valérie et merci pour les "bons plans de l'été " qui nous facilitent le séjour. L'appartement est impeccable, bonne literie.

Quelques bols pour le petit-déjeuner, un petit meuble dans la salle de bain ou repose-serviettes. Pour la luminosité et l'intimité avoir les fenêtres comme celle de la cuisine avec des vitres protégées des regards extérieurs.
