Je n'ai jamais laissé de commentaires négatifs auparavant mais là je ne peux pas passer à côté, ne serait-ce que pour les futurs locataires. Il y a un tel taux d'humidité aux étages inférieur que j'ai dû terminer ma nuit dans ma voiture, c’était irrespirable. J’ai contacté 4 fois le service client, censé me rappeler, qui ne l’a jamais fait. Ne sachant pas si ils pouvaient nous reloger ou nous rembourser, j’ai dû faire appel à booking pour intervenir. Ce n’est que là qu’ils ont daignés revenir vers nous. Je pourrais encore décliner tout ce qui n'allait pas avec le service client mais le nombre de caractères autorisé ne me permettras pas de faire une liste exhaustive.
