Great for the value.

It was great and had everything a group of people may need. The apartment was spacey. The owner left a bottle of water in the fridge.

It was difficult/impossible to get in touch with the owner. Our daughter left her iPhone there and we need the owners to contact us about it, but they are unreachable. Owners, if you read this, please contact us at 613-229-0441. Washroom was a bit small and beds were just fine.

L’emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville à pieds. L’accès indépendant facile et pratique. Le stationnement facile dans la rue.

Le manque de sécurité avec la porte d’entrée rarement fermée, ainsi que la porte de la cave ouverte. La cuisine sans fenêtre. C’est très bruyant avec l’école de danse à côté et les escaliers qui passent au-dessus de l’appartement.

Piccolo ma intenso

Appena arrivati si nota subito che si tratta di un edificio storico in un contesto di casette ben curate. L'appartamento si trova al pian terreno, entrando ti trovi già in cucina e si scendono pochi gradini per arrivare alla camera da letto/soggiorno. Il bagno è ristrutturato ed ha una bella doccia.

Non consiglierei la camera per 4 persone in quanto risulta difficile muoversi tra i letti che si trovano attaccati alle pareti. Per 2 persone invece credo sia perfetto. Poiché l'appartamento si trova sotto la scala principale che è in legno si sentono i passi degli altri inquilini del palazzo. Migliorerei la cura dei dettagli, ad esempio metterei gli sportelli ai mobili della cucina e controllerei più spesso le tracce di umidità.

Quando siamo andati via i proprietari mi hanno inviato mail dicendo che mobile TV con bruciatura chiedendo se avessimo acceso candele .Ho risposto che non siamo fumatori e viaggiamo in moto ,avrei dovuto comprare accendino appositamente x accendere candele?..ma non scherziamo siamo abbastanza adulti io e il mio compagno x accendere candele..

La seule chose qui manquait dans ce logement c'est d'avoir une hotte dans la cuisine

Bien pour une ou 2/3 nuits et visiter Auxerre.

Le logement est bien situé en centre-ville d'Auxerre, très propre. Notre hôte a été très agréable quand nous nous sommes parlés au téléphone, nous avons récupéré les clefs dans une boîte à clefs. Serviettes à disposition.

Le souci que nous avons eu est que le lit était cassé et nous n'arrivions pas à nous endormir, donc nous avons mis le matelas par terre pour pouvoir dormir, ça faisait un peu camping avec nos deux ados en plus dans le canapé-lit. Du coup, nuit très moyenne en terme de confort.

Bon emplacement

Très bon emplacement auprès du centre ville. Le logement est propre. Très bien pour la visite d'Auxerre pour un court séjour.

J'ai dû appeler le propriétaire pour obtenir le code pour la clé car toujours pas reçu à 16h30 pour une entrée à 17hoo-18hoo. La cuisine est sans fenêtre et donc sombre. Pas de sèche cheveux. Pas de porte serviettes.
