The apartment is cozy and clean. Location is central and walkable. There is nice and private yard for the apartment! Carl communicates in a nice and polite way and was attentive to us, even called us to ask how was our stay. Recommend this place!

We zijn direct weggegaan !! Het appartement was niet bewoonbaar. Uiteindelijk hebben we gelukkig nog op het laatste mome
Helemaal niets
We hebben een klein appartement geboekt in Auxerre met een tweepersoonsbed en een slaapbank. Bij binnenkomst werden we meteen geconfronteerd met een verschrikkelijke, vieze geur in de gang, en eenmaal in het appartement zelf was het niet veel beter. De lucht was ondragelijk en de ruimte was smerig en totaal niet zoals beschreven. Het appartement was piepklein en onhygiënisch. We hebben het nauwelijks bekeken en zijn direct weer vertrokken – zo’n plek is simpelweg niet bewoonbaar. Uiteindelijk hebben we gelukkig nog op het laatste moment een goed hotel kunnen boeken, maar bijna 100 euro zijn we kwijt aan deze wanvertoning. Wat ons nog het meest stoorde: de verhuurder durfde te vragen om een beoordeling van 10/10. Dit verdient nog geen 1! Ze zouden zich moeten schamen om zoiets aan te bieden. Absoluut geen aanrader – blijf hier ver vandaan!

L'emplacement en centre ville.le parking gratuit à proximité. La cour privative pour manger dehors.
La porte d'entrée qui pourrait être plus sécurisée qui n'est pas anti-bruit.
