La tranquillité

La propreté de l'appartement le calme

Le manque de vaisselle et le peu de confort au niveau des 2 fauteuils pour regarder la télévision le soir casse en 2 un canapé serait préférable comme avant et demande aux autres résidents de fermer la porte de l'immeuble plus rassurant

La proximité des commerces

La proximité de l'église avec les cloches qui sonnent matin et soir. Pas de parking privé même si il y a un parking sur la place souvent complet. Il manque un rideau ou un store occultant sur la 2ème fenêtre de la chambre. Pas de mini congélateur dans le réfrigérateur.

Soggiorno Non Realizzato

Avendo deciso di non soggiornare più in questa struttura al mio arrivo per un enorme disservizio creatomi non mi è piaciuto nulla.

La proprietà non ha specificato per inscritto nella presentazione della struttura che Eventuali Persone superiori a 2 dovranno dormire in un materassino gonfiabile a terra da gonfiare in autonomia all’arrivo. Un enorme disservizio mi è stato creato. Questo mi è stato comunicato solo dopo la mia contestazione successiva alla visione della camera al mio arrivo. Purtroppo Leggendomi tutte le recensioni dopo la mia contestazione per inscritto con l’host ho trovato qualcuno che lo aveva segnalato nelle varie recensioni. La camera da me prenotata appariva in foto con un divano e una camera matrimoniale, mentre al mio arrivo ho trovato al posto del divano 2 Poltrone singole. Non ho ancora visto nessun rimborso che per me dovrebbe essere almeno Il minimo da parte o di Booking o della proprietà. Ho dovuto pagare una camera di albergo in più perdendo tempo 2 ore e mezza per trovarla disponibile a quell’ora Rinunciando ad un app.to per cena prefissato da tempo.

Tutto bene

Piccola mansarda molto pulita e accogliente. Posizione ottima , in pieno centro. Affaccia su una piazza con parcheggio gratuito con alberi di gelso che assicurano ombra all'auto. Dalle finestra una stupenda vista sulla chiesa di s. Eusebe.Perfetto! Materasso matrimoniale comodo. Asciugamani adeguati.

Il secondo letto per il bimbo era un materasso gonfiabile (da gonfiare a ns cura con pompetta fornita) ...cercherei il modo di inserire un piccolo divano o poltrona letto in soggiorno di sicuro più comodo. Sostituirei anche i cuscini (cuscini decorativi 60x60cm molto 'sgonfi' ) con classici guanciali ben strutturati. Bagno mini senza finestra e senza piani di appoggio.

Graziosa mansarda

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte, ed abbiamo gradito la comodità del letto. Tutto corrispondente a quanto indicato nell’annuncio incluso l’arredamento curato. La cucina ha a disposizione il necessario. L’host ha risposto in tempi rapidi ed è rimasto in contatto. Il piccolo appartamento dotato del necessario, e’ situato in una splendida piazzetta tranquilla dove abbiamo parcheggiato l’auto gratuitamente per la notte. Il paese è grazioso e la collocazione dell’appartamento è ottimale essendo in centro. L’accesso al secondo piano è costituito da una ripida scala in legno tipica di queste palazzine. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.

Es un apartamento muy coqueto. Está en pleno centro. Es tranquilo. Vista preciosa a la iglesia.

Comfortabel, net appartement.

Voor 1 persoon op doorreis zeer ruim appartement met leefkamer, slaapkamer, badkamer. Keuken is min of meer op de gang en wat kleiner, maar voor mij alles wat ik nodig had. Gelegen in hartje Auxerre.

Enkel zeer kleine dingen. De communicatie door de host was tamelijk last minute. Inchecken kon vanaf 16u. De code wordt (bewust) pas laat doorgestuurd (iets na 15u), zodat je niet te vroeg binnen komt. Alle begrip voor, maar zonder melding hierover begin ik dan te twijfelen of de reservatie wel in orde is. Een bericht dat de info pas om 15u wordt bezorgd, had al veel geholpen. Nu was ik een halve dag onzeker of de boeking wel in orde was. Ook de procedure voor uitchecken werd pas om 08.10u van de vertrekdag verzonden, toen ik het appartement al verlaten had. Niet iedereen blijft tot 10.00u in zijn verblijf. Beter alle info in één keer samen versturen. Ik miste wat meer licht in de leefruimte. Er hing 1 spot, tamelijk hoog, en de bijverlichting werkte niet. Ik heb een nachtlampje uit de slaapkamer bij de zetel gezet om toch te kunnen lezen.

Charmant séjour

Après une expérience désastreuse dans un autre logement quelques jours auparavant, nous avons passé un séjour plus que parfait. L’emplacement du logement est agréable, un lit gonflable avait été mis à disposition pour pouvoir nous accueillir avec nos enfants, le tout accompagné de linge de lit propre (ce qui n’est pas le cas dans tous les logements parfois). L’hôte est disponible et a l’écoute. Le logement est propre, avec une décoration très cosy. Je le recommande et n’hésiterai pas à renouveler l’opération si jamais nous avons besoin de séjourner dans les environs!

Lieu calme et très bon emplacement, proche du centre ville ! Logement confortable et très bien équipé. Les propriétaires ont aussi été très arrangeants.

Attention pour les non citadins, le parking idéalement situé au pied du logement est payant, comme tout le centre ville d'Auxerre.

Idéalement situé au centre-ville, donc à proximité des commodités ( supermarché, pharmacie, banques...) mais aussi brasseries, cinéma.... Très propre et très bien équipé ( tv, électroménager complet, bonne literie...).
