Very good location, right in the middle of the old town. Good instructions to find and access accommodation

Parking is an issue, can be difficult to find within access to accommodation. Unfortunately the washing machine not working properly, which we forget to tell the owner about.

Auxerre is beautiful. This appartment is ideally situated to explore

perfect setting smack in the middle of historic Auxerre.

Really noisy - people ( shouting) and traffic continue to make noise until the early hours of the morning

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Auxerre and appreciated the convenience of the apartment.

The apartment was in a very convenient location, virtually just around the corner from a Monoprix supermarket and the centre of the beautiful old town. It was a 20 minute walk to the railway station, but this didn't pose a problem for me. The apartment was well appointed, with the added bonuses of a kettle and a washing machine, and tastefully decorated throughout.

I had not been sent the instructions for collecting the property keys beforehand, so I had a few anxious moments on arrival in Auxerre. However I was able to contact the owner and this was soon rectified. The apartment was immaculately clean apart from a little mould around the base of the shower recess.

Du plomb au prix de l'or !

La hauteur sous plafond

Appartement bruyant (rue passante et en côte, bruits des voisins...). Les équipements sont lacunaires et de qualité médiocre. La propreté des lieux laisse à désirer et très peu de produits d'entretien à disposition (coupés à l'eau de plus) ou encore la serpillère dégoutante. Le lieu est mal entretenu (rideau déchiré, plaintes défoncées, robinet qui fuit dans la cuisine, traces de rouleau de peinture lors de "rénovations" au mina, etc.). La machine à laver est immonde. Le tout est d'une mesquinerie qui frise le ridicule (comme l'absence de pile dans les horloges).

AU COEUR DE LA VILLE

Merci à Vincent pour sa communication régulière, la facilité de l'accès au logement, la grandeur et la luminosité de celui-ci, l'équipement, la propreté et la proximité du centre ville qui permet de tout faire à pied !

Les quelques petits inconvénients d'un centre ville MAIS c'était notre choix !

Séjour agréable malgré quelques couacs

J'ai apprécié la propreté des lieux et la fraîcheur de l'appartement.

J'ai trouvé l'arrivée dans les lieux trop tardive (18H). Je n'ai pas apprécié le manque de matériel par rapport au descriptif qui était sur les lieux (par ex. il est écrit 6 assiettes et il n'y en a que 4). Il n'y avait pas de tire-bouchon ce qui est plus qu'étonnant dans une région viticole. L'humidité du logement était inquiétante pour moi ait est des problèmes de sinusite fongique allergique. La hauteur des meubles de cuisine ne rend pas l'accès fluide à l'étage supérieur du placard. J'ai été choqué par le message indiquant que nous étions surveillés sans savoir vraiment comment (nombre de personne, bruit et fumée de cigarettes) même si nous n'étions que deux personnes d'un âge suffisant pour ne pas faire de bruit inutilement et que nous sommes également non fumeurs. Je me suis cependant sentie offensée de ce message.

Très bien dans l'ensemble

Localisation, confort du matelas, propreté La ville avec son circuit.

L'odeur de tabac dans les parties communes (couloir, escaliers et entrée) et l'insonorisation imparfaite de l'appartement. Quelques petits travaux à prévoir de rénovation.
