Perfect!

Everything was absolutely perfect – I couldn’t recommend it more. Spotlessly clean, thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail and guest comfort. The kitchen was fully equipped. We stayed in Ines apartment/house which has its own private garden. The location is excellent – just a short walk to the beach and the town center. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and an amazing stay in Riva!

The location is great. We stayed in the separate building in the back. It was very cute and we enjoyed the stay.

The inside spiral stairs to the second floor are tough for a suitcase. But, there is an outside staircase in the back.

convenient and central location with good parking, a great up-spec apartment for a family or group.

location and spec of accommodation was fantastic and I would stay again. perfect when you are a group and need the separate bedrooms. Decor and cleanliness were spot on and we had everything we needed including space to spread out and a nice outside space also. good parking helped and the location was on point and very central.

Exceptional

Villa Brunelli provides an excelent service. We loved the little cottage Ines and its private garden. The kitchen is very good equipped, you can use the common laundry and there is a storage room for additional equipment as bikes. But Villa Brunelli also provides a free bike rental. Ideal for families with kids. Perfect location. Even though it is situated close to the busy road, we didnt found it much disturbing.

Perfect self contained house with character and charm. The exclusive use of the garden is also a really welcome addition. Easy access to the main house to use the vast drying and laundry room.

The living accommodation with only one sofa is a little crammed for a family of 4 but isn’t a major problem overall, especially if the weather is warm.

Honeymoon in a paradise

Amazing atmosphere in the city centre but also in a peaceful area. Our host helped us with tips, we got all the info we needed. The house Ines is really cute with a private garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, we hardly experienced it anywhere else. We spent our honeymoon here, we couldn't wish for a better place :)

Ines apartment: The bedrooms are upstairs. It wasn't a problem for us, but it could be for someone with pain or disabilities. There were a lot of mosquitoes but our host gave us extra mosquito repellent, it was really thoughtful.

Exceptional

Our family of four stayed in the detached two story apartment at the rear of the property. It was well supplied for a family of 4, including cookware, silverware, etc. We were in Riva Del Garda during an unseasonably hot period, so the air conditioned bed rooms were most welcome. Possibly the best feature of the apartment was the beautiful private courtyard behind the apartment. It was shaded in the afternoon and quite comfortable in spite of the heatwave. I cannot say enough about the kindness and responsiveness of the owner.

The only thing I could say was that there were no windows, only skylights, so we couldn’t see the views.

Great place to enjoy a holiday in Riva

We stayed in the large apartment on the first floor. The villa is closely located to the old town of Riva del Garda and breaths the traditional Italian athmosphere with all the modern comfort you need with nice rooms, comfortable beds and antique/vintage furniture that allows you to relax after a day at the lake, some sight-seeing or sports. A fully equipped retro-looking kitchen (no microwave but a proper functioning oven) with a nice terras to enjoy your (Italian) breakfast and diner with a great view on the mountains. A shared washing machine and drying machine and storage room for the bikes are a bonus, in case you need it. Plenty of space to park your car. Only thing to keep in mind is that the villa is located at the main road so slightly noicy during the day, but fortunately much quieter at night.

Nothing to complain about. We had a great time. The owner and host is doing great to make her guests as comfortable as possible without being too present. As stated earlier, the villa is located at a busy road that leads to the centre of Riva. In case you are a light sleeper this could be a bit of a set back.

Super-stylish accommodation with fantastic attention to detail and amazing central location

Villa Brunelli is possibly one of the nicest self catering places we have ever stayed! We chose it because of the location and on-site parking, as we wanted somewhere as central as possible from which we could walk everywhere in Riva del Garda. Our 'apartment' was actually an entire small house in the grounds of the main villa. Everything had been so well thought through to make our stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. Basic provisions such as coffee/tea etc were provided which is welcome when you are on a road trip. The bed was super comfortable, the decor minimal but stylish - it had everything we could possible want. The laundry facilities were also pretty amazing - again, so convenient. Giulia was extremely helpful - and understanding! Her communications and instructions were great, unfortunately I didn't follow the link for checking in which resulted in her mother having to deal with me (which she did brilliantly). So - remember to read the instructions! Nothing was too much trouble, including lending us an umbrella during the down pour. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely rebook on our next visit - thank you Giulia!

Not a criticism but helpful to know if you have mobility issues: the staircase from the ground floor to first floor is a very tight spiral stair case. It would be difficult to get your cases upstairs, this was not an issue for us as we left them on the luggage rack downstairs :)
