Everything about the penthouse apartment was excellent. 1 bathroom in main area and 1 in master bedroom was very convenient. Beds were very comfortable (we used all beds) and the linen was very very soft and cleaned well (we are very picky). Reception took care of all of our needs and all of the people working on any day were excellent and very helpful and friendly both before our trip and during our stay. NOTE: Most electrical outlets are the Italian 2 pin so bring the adapters you need. The penthouse is on the 3rd floor and our luggage very large and heavy and the elevator made it very easy. There is good parking. Proximity to restaurants, trains and everything else was excellent.

No complaints which is rare.

We loved it! It was very close to everything; it had parking on site; the breakfast was great; and the staff were very accommodating.

We liked just about everything. If anything, I would recommend adding a small lounge chair or couch so there is a comfortable place to sit in the room.

النظافة والترتيب وبرودة المكيف وتوفر الخدمات مثل المناديل والاستشوار ولايوجد ريحة بالمطبخ لكن لم يعمل الفرن الكهربائي شقة 2 الدور الثاني والاواني جميلة ونظيفة جدا

الاصنصير اسوأ شي في السكن بطيء جدا ومدخل الشقق من جهته ضيق وانتظرنا بالشمس الى ان انتهينا من الصعود لصغر الاصنصير وغير امن مخيف فكنا نستخدم الدرج ونحن بالدور الثالث والثاني متعب جدا وغرفة ال6 اشخاص كانت ضيقة بالنسبة للعدد غرفة التي فيها بانيو مريحة اما الغرفة الثانية ضيقة جدا والسريرين بالصالة امام المطبخ سيئة جدا غير مريح وعانلات النظافة غير بشوشات ويدقون مرة وحدة ويدخلو الشقة واحنا لسا مااعطيناهم الاذن وكانت اصواتهم عالية اثناء التنظيف ونحن سياح لايوجد وراءنا دوام لنقوم مبكرا
