3 night stop as part of family holiday touring Lake Garda

Lovely apartment very close to central Riva - walking distance to the Marina. Stunning room with 2 large bedroom, a living room and balcony. All mod cons - my daughter loved connecting her phone to the mirror in the bathroom to play music ! Really attentive staff, great parking facilities. Hotel had quirky Hostel vibe (but very much NOT a hostel) in a good way - Games room, clothes washing facilities, lots of brochures of group activities, wine tasting, cafe - literally had it all ! Highy reoommend.

The apartment was well located a short walking distance from all attractions. Well appointed bright, roomy, wonderful facilities, comfortable bed. Secure underground car park.

Because of lack of signage on first attempt we missed the property, drove around the town again. The property is called The Gardan, our room was above the adjacent bank 😳

Windows are not sound proofed, you can hear cars outside, not good for people that have issues with sounds. New insulated windows would do the job.

Amazing breakfast, a great choice of food, everything tasty, enough tables for all guests. Perfect location of the hotel, very close to the city centre but still calm and pretty quiet place. Parking included. Rooms are spacious, very very clean and comfortable

Soggiorno splendido, anche se solo per una notte. L’appartamento è nuovo, curato nei dettagli e dotato di ogni comfort. La colazione è davvero eccezionale, ricca e di qualità. Lo staff è cordiale, disponibile e sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. La struttura è in una posizione tranquilla ma vicinissima al centro. Un’esperienza breve ma perfetta, sembrava di vivere in una piccola favola. Consigliatissimo.

Auf angenehmste Weise in Riva fallen lassen!

Das Penthouse 'Laal' war ein absolut entspannter Schlußpunkt unserer Südtirol-Gardasee-Milano-Reise. Empfang sehr sympathisch, Apartment sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Ausblick-Lage-Komfort-Sauberkeit perfekt. Tiefgarage macht vieles leichter... wir empfehlen das Hotel in jedem Fall weiter und werden wiederkommen!

Wunderbar, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Schön, gepflegt, sauber, sehr freundliche Leute!

Die kleine Wohnung liegt im grünen Gebäude und ist sowohl über Treppe als auch mit dem Fahrstuhl barrierefrei zu erreichen, was für uns wichtig war, da wir mit Kleinkind und Kinderwagen unterwegs waren… Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und sehr sauber! Wir konnten unser Kleinkind bedenkenlos herum krabbeln und alles erforschen lassen! Auch war das Personal super kinderfreundlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Zwischen den beiden Gebäuden liegt ein Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten und einem kleinen Spielplatz, was extrem angenehm war für kurze auspowern Stunden zwischendurch! Auch die Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor Ort war sehr praktisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

In anderen Bewertungen hat man über den Verkehrslärm durch die direkte Lage an der Straße gelesen, weshalb ich mir Ohrstöpsel eingepackt hatte – letztendlich habe ich diese aber nicht benutzt, da ich den Lärm nicht als störend empfand, kann aber sein, dass er zu Hochsaison lauter ist… Die Klimaanlage konnte man manuell verstellen (war für uns zu kalt eingestellt). Diese hat sich aber beim Verlassen des Zimmers selbst wieder aktiviert und gekühlt, das wäre das einzig negative, was mir einfällt!
