Residence Zangirolami - Luxury Garden and Balcony Apartments is a wonderful place to stay and relax in Riva del Garda. The apartments are truly luxurious, as the name suggests. We spent our vacation in a two-room apartment on the first floor. The apartment is large and features a living room (with a double sofa bed) connected to a fully equipped kitchenette. There's a separate bedroom with a very comfortable double bed and a bathroom with a shower, bidet, sink, and toilet. There's also a very large balcony with beautiful views of the garden, pool, and the magnificent mountains surrounding Riva del Garda. Underground and above-ground garages offer always-available parking. A special feature is a dedicated storage room in the garage for bicycles with charging facilities. The apartment is clean and well-equipped. The nearby paper factory absolutely doesn't interfere with your relaxation. Finally, the most important thing: the hosts, Ivan and Marjolen, are incredibly kind. Always available for guests, cheerful, and helpful in resolving any everyday issues. I rate my stay and the apartment very highly and highly recommend facility to everyone!

Strong chemical smell, ugly management, and misleading listing — avoid this place, room N7 !

Arrived to a strong chlorine/chemical smell; owner’s wife confirmed it came from laundry room but refused room change, saying hotel was full. Smell caused throat/eye irritation and headaches; owner kept changing his story and insisted it was “our problem.” Booking.com was helpless that night, they couldn't reach the owner. Next morning owner shows up, first denies smell, then admits “something,” then claims it’s “normal” from building materials; refuses refund or solution. Room next door had no smell; other guests confirmed no such issue.(screenshots of misleading communication attached) Other issues: paper disposal factory next door (not listed), bare-minimum kitchen (3 mismatched glasses, no oven, weak stovetop), no spare towels or toilet paper, diluted liquid soap, AC only coming from the bedroom and slow to cool. This was a stressful and unpleasant experience during high season, leaving us unable to book elsewhere due to uncertainty about refunds. The lack of honesty, care, and basic hospitality from both the owner and Booking.com support was shocking. We will never return and do not recommend this property to anyone.

Perfect residence for a family vacation.

A cosy and elegant apartment fully air conditioned with free parking and pool. 15 minute walk from the Riva Centre. Brilliant location. All well managed and great communication from the Owner and the staff. Friendly neighbourhood and lovely community.

Great view of the mountain Parking Pool Great location to head to the edge of the dolomites and see the pretty towns and villages.

The other side is a huge industrial factory which made loud banging noises all through the night.

Ok residence, no particular good/bad experience

Pool was great, the hosts were nice to let us keep the car in the residence before/after check in/out. very private and safe residence. Location is ok, but not as close to everything as we expected

I am really not a fan of "religious" atributes, such as heads, paintings and other attributes, that gave us not too enjoyable time at the residence, for this I am not considering to staying at the residence again. Hosts were maybe a little too persistent, I received the messages through out of my stay everyday. Not something too disturbing, but I do not enjoy that while I am on my holidays. You need to take the trash out unless prefer to pay extra 10e for the service.... which seemed a little over the top. This was very easy, but I did not enjoy that this was not written in initial summary about the residence.

New apartment building with convenient underground parking. Spacious, clean, well equipped room with very comfortable beds. Great pool. Close to the beach, port and the center of the beautiful Riva. Friendly hosts.

The proximity of industrial plants can be a nuisance. Fortunately, this was not a problem during our stay.

This property exceeded our expectations because: 1) it is newly built modern complex 2) it is well equipped with everything you need for your stay (including freezer, washing machine, etc.) 3) it has waterpool which every kid and even adult will enjoy during summer stay 4) easy e-access complex with underground parking area

This contributes to a relaxed, easy-going experience. The serenity of the area offers a secluded ambiance for guests. The property itself, featuring a stunning swimming pool, is brand-new, fresh, equipped with modern amenities, and pristinely clean. The beautiful and spacious terrace further enhances the enjoyment of the stay.

The place is in a great location a couple of minutes walk from the lake. The hosting team was very responsive and helpful even when we had some issues they helped and solved them quickly and fully. the apartment is big (good for 2 people) and the garden is very nice place to seat in the evening to calm down after a long day.

there is a bit noise from the near factory but the windows are very sealed so only if they are open you can hear the noise and it’s also not so bad.
