The location was great - easy to walk to many things. Parking and market close by. Apartment is old with character.
When we arrived the cleaning had not been finished. The kitchen was still dirty with a used trash bag on counter, dirty counter top and used dishes on counter. The property manager sent over a cleaning lady the next morning and made it right. For the price, this should have been done. Other apartments provided a bottle of water and laundry pods - there was nothing extra left with this apartment to welcome the stay.

Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft! Keine 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß mit Kindern und man ist am Strand! Die Betten waren sehr bequem! Die Größe der Wohnung war super!!! Nette Schlüsselübergabe. Mehrere Fernseher, super Aufteilung, sehr schöner Boden. Ich würde genau hier wieder buchen!
Die Sauberkeit hätte etwas besser sein können…. Den Toaster hätte ich niemals benutzt, aber ich habe ihn auch nicht benötigt. Ist also egal

Very clean, good location. Two separate bedrooms for three of us. Laundry worked fine. Clothes hung to dry on rack overnight no problem. Short walk to Riva.
Said we would arrive 4-5 pm. Arrived at 4:10 and had to contact manager then wait about 30 minutes for him to arrive and let us into the apartment building. Bathroom is super tiny with not much turning room to close the door.
