The location was amazing (only 10-15min walk to gate 3 of the park), the dinner upon arrival was perfect and delicious and much needed after a long drive from Split. The staff was super helpful with providing a clear itinerary of how to do the parks most efficiently! Overall great experience!
No negatives :) only wish was that breakfast was served a bit earlier around 7 vs 8 would be great!

Beautiful location to Plitvice National Park. The front staff was very kind and tried really hard to help you.
I Felt like I was trapped to eat there. I understand that " gourmet" fresh food is definitely an art but the prices for dinner were high compared to the rest of our time in Croatia. Be prepared to get a little lost to find it the unit.(use GPS coordinates)

The staff were amazing especially Mae, dinner and breakfast were delicious, our room was lovely. The location was great. We highly recommend a stay at this hotel.
