The room was clean and quiet (although we travelled in the off season). The bed was comfortable. The owner was very friendly.
We didn't have hot water in the kitchen tap and we couldn't find a "middle ground" for the radiator, it was either off or on full blast (so we were too warm).

Lovely place and owners. The room was very clean and comfortable and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The owner gave us an insider's tip for the best viewpoint in Plitvice!
The breakfast was mostly sweet, which is less to our taste, but that was the case in other places in Croatia so maybe it's just a Croatian thing.
Also, the town cut the water in our last morning there, which was quite an inconvenience, but it wasn't the owner's fault and she also gave us each a big mineral water bottle to go.

Also, we found great free parking spot just in front of the house .
