Excellent location, right on the beach within the Hotel Spaggia complex but as a separate unit.
Long walk pulling and dragging our luggage to their office from the train station then up a very steep hill to their office huffing and puffing and sweating as a result of that

Wow! This is an amazing guest house. The rooms are a nice size in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to Plitvice National Park!! It's a 10 minute easy walk to the entrance. We had a driver who dropped us off at the house and we were able to store our luggage until the rooms were ready. We went to the NP in the meantime and spent the whole day there. We ate dinner at the restaurant at the entrance of the park on our way back to the house. The restaurant was wonderful too. Everything was very convenient. They had a lovely breakfast at the time we requested. We could not have been happier.
We wish we could have stayed longer!!

Location and the bathroom was big.
The bedroom and facilities were not great, the bed too specially for what you pay.
