A beautiful light and airy ground floor apartment in Florence. The host was super friendly and informative. Great kitchen, bathroom and lounge.

It is about a ten minute walk to a tram stop, it’s a nice flat walk though!

All was good! The apartment is a ground floor flat; nice and modern, there's a little garden and a good kitchen. It is located in a beautiful quiet area some 30 minutes from the center (10 walking + 20 by tram) and a few minutes from the river and park area. There is a couple of good supermarkets nearby. Well, the apartment is good, but the host is just awesome. Extremely nice person, always willing to help. I wish all hosts were like Lorenzo.

Nothing to mention here. (My mom noticed some dust somewhere and long-dried aroma sticks, but moms have special radars for such things :))

Un aspetto che abbiamo super apprezzato è stata la presenza di due fascicoli molto dettagliati e curati all'interno dell'appartamento, dedicati a: 1) Cosa vedere a Firenze 2) Punti di interesse e servizi nel quartiere Questa idea è fantastica e dimostra una grande attenzione verso gli ospiti, fornendo spunti e informazioni utilissime per esplorare la città. Infine, l'appartamento è dotato di tutto l'occorrente necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Consigliatissimo!

Il proprietario Lapo davvero gentilissimo, appartamento davvero perfetto con tutto all' occorrenza. Per arrivare in centro è davvero super comodo in 20/25 minuti ci si arriva tranquillamente. Dotato di tutto quello che può servire, supermercati vicino, fermata del tram a 5 minuti a piedi. Bhe che dire è semplicemente tutto perfetto. È ottimo prezzo 🤟😊 Torneremo sicuramente 😉

Venimos quedándonos en otros apartamentos en Italia y este sin duda ha sido el mejor. El dueño es súper atento, cocina totalmente equipada con tostador, microondas, cafeteras con café… camas cómodas con sábanas de algodón y planchadas, un auténtico gusto! Aire acondicionado en salón y ventilador de techo en la habitación. Hacia bastante calor estos días y ha sido suficiente. El apartamento está en una barriada tranquila, con fácil aparcamiento, fuera de la zona ZTL.

Se escuchaban a los vecinos del piso superior. El resto un 10
