Apartment of 100 square meters with a large communal garden, two terraces overlooking the sea, just 20 meters from the sea of Riva del Sole, about 1.5 km from the center of Castiglione della Pescaia, in the most beautiful sea of Tuscany. Two bedrooms, six beds in total, bathroom with shower and washing machine, kitchen with dishwasher, living room with double sofa bed. In the pine forest, bike path to reach all the beaches and the town center. Parking space.

We had wonderful time during our 9 day- stay in this apartment. It is super located -10 min on foot to the clean beach, from the two big balconies you can see the sea (and hear its soothing sound), with pine trees all around you and very quiet surroundings- it was really relaxed atmosphere. The apartment itself is big enough for four people, you find everything you need there. Especially the kitchen was nice- fully equiped with all gadgets and tools you need.The only concern was the mattress in the small bedroom, rather uncomfortable to sleep on.But all in all the apartment was much better in reality than we had expected looking at the photos. Usually it is the other way round. Sandra, the host was really nice and helpful. As we had to do some home office work, she organized a mobile internet access for us. Thank you again , Sandra.We are sure to come again and we can recommend this apartment to anybody who needs time out from everyday stress.

The apartment is fantastic with all amenities you need. Wonderfull terrace with nice view and smell of pine trees where you can have meals and relax. Close to the beach.
