Die Lage war hervorragend. Direkt am Meer vor einem öffentlichen Strand. Sehr gute Restaurants/ Bars an der Strandpromenade direkt vor dem Haus. Wenige Gehminuten in die Fußgängerzone mit fabelhaften Restaurants. Gegenüber von der Wohnung ist eine nette kleine Bäckerei. Netter und unkomplizierter Empfang durch Herr Paolo.
Leider konnte man Nachts den Lärm und die Musik von der Strandpromenade in der Wohnung hören. Wenn man einen empfindlichen Schlaf hat dann ist diese Wohnung leider nicht geeignet. Geschirrtücher und Geschirrspülmittel sind nicht vorhanden und müssen selber mitgebracht werden.

La terrazza vista mare, l’aria condizionata, l’ascensore. Ampi spazi.

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Wir hatten Meerblick, und sowohl der Strand als auch das Dorf waren gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Gastgeber ging schnell auf unsere Probleme ein, als das warme Wasser ausblieb, und bemühte sich um eine rasche Lösung.
Leider ist die Wohnung in die Jahre gekommen. Wir waren bereits vor einigen Jahren hier und mussten feststellen, dass seither keinerlei Renovationen vorgenommen wurden. Der Zustand hat sich deutlich verschlechtert – insbesondere im Bad, wo sich an mehreren Stellen Schimmel befindet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte für uns überhaupt nicht.
