Apartment with stunning views of the sea on two levels (including a basement), with large garden. Kitchen, large and bright living room, 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms. Easy walk to the center of Castiglione della Pescaia. private parking, perfect for families with children. Two rooms are on the upper floor with a double bed and one with bunk beds; and the other two are located in the basement. The bathrooms are on each floor. The kitchen has a fridge freezer and oven. Outside you can have lunch on the sea front in the veranda with awning.
