Apartment with stunning views of the sea on two levels (including a basement), with large garden. Kitchen, large and bright living room, 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms. Easy walk to the center of Castiglione della Pescaia. private parking, perfect for families with children. Two rooms are on the upper floor with a double bed and one with bunk beds; and the other two are located in the basement. The bathrooms are on each floor. The kitchen has a fridge freezer and oven. Outside you can have lunch on the sea front in the veranda with awning.

Perfect apartment right on the beautiful beach and close to shops and the historic city center. The apartment is very well equipped, spacious and the garden overlooking the sea is addictive. Gianni was a very attentive host, helped us solve all our questions and requirements and made our stay unforgettable. We will be happy to return.
