L’appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario e si trova a pochi minuti dal centro di Castiglione della Pescaia. La pulizia era impeccabile e l’host ci ha accolti in maniera eccellente, dimostrandosi molto disponibile e fornendoci anche diversi consigli sulle spiagge e sui luoghi da visitare nelle vicinanze. Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene!
L’unica piccola nota negativa riguarda l’uscita dal cancello con la macchina, che presenta una visibilità piuttosto limitata e richiede quindi un po’ di attenzione.

Vollausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern die mit auf dem Grundstück wohnen. Sehr gute Klimaanlage. Überdachte Stellflächen auf dem Grundstück. Unsere Kinder fanden auch die Hunde und Katzen auf dem Grundstück sehr toll, mit denen sie spielen konnten.
Das Grundstück liegt am Rand des Ortes, leider führt kein Fußweg bis zum Haus. Daher muss man, wenn man in die Altstadt laufen will (20 Minuten zu Fuß), ca. 300 m am unbeleuchteten Straßenrand entlang laufen.

Appartamento nuovo, curato in bel contesto e comoda posizione specie per muoversi con la bicicletta. Proprietari molto ospitali. Benchè Agriturismo sia su una strada provinciale non c'è particolare disturbo e soprattutto inizia pista ciclabile a pochi metri da appartamento

L'appartamento era dotato di tutti i comfort, stanza comoda, soggiorno con angolo cottura ampio, tutte le stanze dotate di climatizzazione. C'è anche un veranda con possibilità di consumare un pasto all'aperto. L'appartamento poi era circondato da un bel giardino molto curatao.
