This was an excellent apartment in the perfect location for exploring the area. Only 10 min walk into town and 5 mins to public beaches. Also, an excellent coffee and cake shop around the corner. The apartment was is superb condition and had everything we required. Would love to come and stay again in the future.

"Very nice flat with 2 terraces in a very quiet street (it was quiet in September)quite close to a sandy beach. We had a very good time there. Castiglione della Pescaia is a lovely place. We were a bit disappointed with a few things though. The flat should be cleaned up a bit more thoroughly, the microwave oven is out of reach and the beds are not really confortable."

Great stay

Very nice apartment close to the beach and just a 10 min walk to city centre. The pictures are old as it’s been remodeled and look much better now. I’d recommend buying a fan if not using the AC, as it can get very hot during the nights. The apartment had everything we needed for our two week stay and we warmly recommend it. Bruno was the perfect host and was very quick to respond.

Ottimo appartamento luminoso e ventilato perfetto per 2 persone, noi anche con cane di media stazza al seguito. L appartamento è pulito e ben equipaggiato di recente ristrutturazione. Il punto forte è la tranquillità della zona e del vicinato e la vicinanza dal centro e le spiagge. Tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Molto simpatico e disponibile l hosting.

Einfache aber sehr zweckdienliche Ferienwohnung. Gute Lage am Stadtrand, sehr nahe zum Strand. Ruhig. Toll, dass es in der Wohnung eine Waschmaschine gibt- welche wir mit 2 Kindern oft nutzten.

Die Lage ist top - ruhig gelegen an einem Pinienwald, mit Blick von 2 Balkonen ( Pinienwald / Stadtblick auf die Burg). 4 Minuten bis zum schönen, sauberen Strand mit Liegemietmöglichkeiten. Altstadt / Lebensmittel (Carrefour) fußläufig in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Alternativ mit Auto zum COOP. Die nette, in blau-weißen Farben gehaltene Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock und ist über Treppen erreichbar. Die Möbel sind alt, aber aufgepeppt; die Küche mittlerweile erneuert.... Ansonsten haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, auch wenn es leider kein Internet gab. Lediglich der Staub auf dem Boden bei Einzug war störend, und das Bad war sichtbar abgewohnt (haben den Vermieter freundlich darauf hingewiesen). Vermieter Bruno und sein Sohn sind nette Menschen!

La proprietà è in buona posizione non troppo lontano dal centro e vicino ad una parte delle spiagge di Castiglione. L’appartamento è luminoso e con due belle terrazze con panorama sulla città. Da rivedere il bagno, con box doccia arrugginito e con una tenda discutibile, la cucina che non ha rivestimento (non l’ho usata ma si macchierebbe il muro dietro il piano cottura) e mancano alcune cose fondamentali (asciughini, alcune posate ed altro). La pulizia non era proprio il massimo. Il signor Bruno gentile e disponibile.

Die Wohnung ist in guter Lage, Stadt- und Strandnah. Nebenan ist eine parkähnliche Pinienanlage mit schönen Waldwegen und Trimm-Dich-Pfad. Die Wohnung ist bereits abgewohnt, das Bad und die Küche müssen erneuert werden. Der Eigentümer hat beim Abschied erwähnt, dass er übern Winter eine neue Küche einbaut. Dann passt auch wieder das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder. Grüsse

Die Wohnung ist für 4 Erwachsene nicht geeignet da die Betten in einem Zimmer ziemlich kurz sind max für jemanden der ca 165 cm - 170 cm groß ist. Ansonsten gut ausgestattet und sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Ausblick auf die Altstadt bzw Castello ist sehr schön. Die Klimaanlage wird gegen aufpreis von 10 Euro pro Tag berechnet. Die nähe zum Strand ist sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in einem keinem Tante Emma Laden ist auch vorhanden. Zum Supermarkt brauch mann aber ein Auto. Es war wie immer in Castiglione della Pescaia sehr schon.und wir kommen wieder.

Appartamento ben fornito e con molti accessori in cucina. Apprezzata anche la disponibilità di biancheria (asciugamani, teli, accappatoi). La camerina secondaria è un po' troppo angusta: abbiamo preferito far dormire i ragazzi nel divano letto in soggiorno. Nel bagno ci starebbe bene un nuovo box doccia. Ottima la zona: molto tranquilla, vicina al mare e con ina bella vista sia sulla pineta che sul paese. Ottimo anche il posto auto.

Tre settimane in un luogo bellissimo. L'appartamento è accogliente e funzionale . Al nostro arrivo frutta acqua sapone e carta per il bagno oltre a gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario . Situato in una zona molto tranquilla ma vicino al mare e al centro paese. Sicuramente da ritornarci .

"La descrizione dell''appartamento dovrebbe esplicitare che si accede al bagno da una delle due camere, cio'' e'' molto scomodo. Inoltre la casa e'' poco accessoriata, non c''e'' una sdraio pur essendoci due terrazze, non ci sono tazzine per il caffe'' ma solo piattini... Infine non ci hanno fatto trovare neanche una bottiglia d''acqua o un rotolo di carta igienica al nostro arrivo (cose che abbiamo sempre trovato nelle case vacanze prese in affitto). E la casa non era pulitissima. Il vantaggio della casa e'' che e'' posizionata in un posto comodissimo per andare al mare e molto tranquillo nel mezzo della pineta."

La casa,ristrutturata da poco, è in zona periferica ma tranquilla e silenziosa.La pulizia non è sufficiente,specie nel bagno e negli armadietti della cucina.L’arredamento non è curato:i materassi sono gibbosi,i cuscini vuoti,le pentole,tranne due padelle nuove,e le stoviglie sono vecchie e molto usate,e di varia e diversa provenienza;il divano letto non ha coprimaterasso, una delle due camere è troppo piccola per accogliere due adulti;alla vetrata del soggiorno è rimasto solo il cordone della tenda. Il microonde è irraggiungibile,posato su un pensile, e lo stendino permette di far asciugare solo piccoli capi.Non è detto chiaramente che non c’è ascensore.
