Good location a walkable distance to the train station and beach. Nearby burger resteruant was nice.

clean, well organized and plenty of space the free onsen was a huge bonus! If you have a little bit more money, book here an individual room.

noisy tourists even after sleep hours .Not the fault of the accommodation though.

Wonderful place and host!

I really enjoyed the quietness in the morning and evening, I stayed in the tatami room having the place for myself from the rest of others. The entire facility was super duper clean, the kitchen is not only where you'd cook but meet others from all around the world to create friendships for those days and so on. The hot bath was just what i needed, if you are hiking, biking or whatever sports you are taking on and those legs of your hurt, its the best healing place too and there's an outside porch to walk nakedly after a long bath. The chef's good is so unique and special, he cooks the best burgers I've tried in a while and I must say I highly recommend of course the price on the meal is abit pricy but worth every yen you got in your pocket for a good meal! Bikes can be rented and they are quite useful if you want to go on a little adventure around the area, head to a supermarket to get your own supplies and much more

Simply first put, the staff. A few of them tend to be nice and really helpful while some tend to give off an attitude, don't ask them why and it'll piss them off a little. Some are really here to help out while the other some are just judging you by your appearance and nationality. The volunteering staff and newer staff are incredible and i think their jobs at the hostel were much better and comforting then most of the other staff i met in the place of stay. Onto the showers, I'm not gonna keep slapping my ass or hand against the button just to get five seconds of water, it was so conflicting I moved back to the bath area which was much better comparing to those tiny caskets. Not worth the showers, but hey its 24/7 and you can use them whenever you like! Towels needed to be paid 100 yen for rental every time you'd need one and it cost an extra 8.000 yen for an futon bed if you don't feel uncomfortable in your tatami room. I didn't get it of course, but i think whatever was left in the room in the beginning should stay in there, my opinion.
