The property was in a great location for our one night stay. It was clean and had adequate space for the 4 of us.

A few items that would have brought convenience and more comfort to our stay. Hand towels and soap in the toilet room, coffee mugs and a carafe to make ground coffee (using the hot water from the kettle.). The lights in the bedrooms are also very bright for enjoying time in the bedrooms. A reading lamp or two in each bedroom would be great and make it feel more cozy.

Location: In a quiet neighbourhood with Lawson convenience store nearby. Kutsuki Forest Green park is 30mins drive away, while the Biwako Hakodateyama is 10-15mins is only drive away. The property: The property is a quaint bungalow with 4 upstairs bedroom, and the rest, including a tatami room downstairs. It fitted 12 of us (9 adults & 3 children) very well. There are 2 toilets, one upstairs and one downstairs, but only one bathroom downstairs. Amenities: There are 3 bicycles which we rode around the neighbourhood, that was such a great addition. There is also an automatic mahjong table, great for family game night. When we went to Hakodateyama, we took along the 2 sleds provided, a plus for the children to play in the snow.

There are not enough cups, plates, spoons for 12. In fact there are no dinner forks and spoons provided, luckily we brought our own cutleries, plastic mugs and plastic containers for food.

寝具はすごく良かった。
