Not enough western breakfast options or GF options for westerns.
Some of The young staff is very rude even when we spoke Japanese. Very inflexible. After a 12 day stay, part of it two rooms they didn’t allow one extra hour for check out without requiring an extra fee.

喫煙の部屋から、急な対応にも関わらず、禁煙に変更していただきました。
浴衣が、部屋にある事をチェックインの時に伝えて欲しかった。

"Have four sets of coin laundry and drier, and a spring bath for guests. The bed and the pillow are comfortable. The location is great. And if you check in early and stored your luggage, they will help..."
