I am not a hostel person by any means but this incredible oasis exceeded my expectations by a long shot. Every detail was perfect — the lounge, the friendly staff, the incredible facilities and extras including comfy PJs on loan, a Dyson hair dryer in the shower room, fantastic high-end kitchen facilities like temperature-controlled tea kettle, the soft individual capsule wakeup light that acts as an 'alarm' so you don't disturb your neighbours and more. Any woman should be so lucky to stay here. Highly recommended!
It was all so amazing but of course, as is the case with hostels, it can be a little tough to get a full night's sleep if neighbours are coming in and out throughout the night as in the bigger room of capsules you can hear everything with only a curtain to separate you and give privacy. Also you feel a bit bad if you are the one coming in late or leaving super early. I am also not good at sleeping with earplugs in so this was a slight issue for me. However, I would still stay again as everything else was worth it.

Friendly and helpful staff. Aya spent an hour helping me dress in my kimono. Very personable staff. Gave me a fan and extra sheets as I did not need the quilt and it's stuffy with the curtain down. Change sheets and towels everyday. Provides pyjamas and bath bomb.
A bit pricey. Can only cook in a microwave.
