Reception staff were all very friendly and present at any time of the day. They offered free drinks and sake in the lobby as well. There was sitting available and even an origami how to book to keep people entertained.
There was also a washer/dryer machine right in our room which made laundry super convenient and free!

Clean room, new and modern hotel, larger rooms, fantastically kind people on their staff, very helpful and good communication in English. They have their own stamp also! Perfect location, easy to find and get around Kyoto. It has an extremely quiet laundry system and a smart TV making it easy to stream or cast from your phone. Amenities were also available and stocked well, things like razors, tooth brushes, combs, and other misc toiletries. Available drink fridge & super easy luggage shipping & storage. Not a thing I could say about this place that was negative. Next time I’m in Kyoto I won’t look anywhere else.

Great convenient location by an area with lots of food and shopping. Close to public transportation. Highly recommend!
