Staff were friendly and always happy to provide assistance, rooms were very clean and breakfast was healthy and delicious. The onsen and happy hour nibbles and drinks were a highlight of our stay. The location was perfect, a short walk to nishiki market, train station and main shopping streets.

Welcome hosting, onsen, interior design of the lobby space and dinning room.
Toilet shower was broken in my room, but I forgot to tell the stuff about... I didnt like the material of the hotel pyjamas, but its only a detail.

Staff was very helpful. Location is very convenient for me. Commitment to sustainable practices was a pleasant surprise.
Apart from minor things, it was a pleasant stay
Pillow. It was like sleeping on a bag of cement.
Frosted glass on an only window was a bit disappointing but nothing major.
