Location of condo was great. Condo was clean and what we expected. Typical rental. Nothing outlandish. Disappointed outside hose did not work so unable to wash off beach toys and chairs. Outside shower very useful especially for my 4 year old grandson. Air conditioning worked well but very loud. Overall very pleased.

Tiffany is an excellent host! We had a WONDERFUL time at this VRBO location. So close to the beach and boardwalk! Didn’t have to get back into our car once so the street parking didn’t end up being that big of an issue. Thanks for a great stay!

Our Family were looking for a rental very close to the Boardwalk so as not to move the cars and to be able to walk for dinners, shopping and exploring. We were very happy to be able to check all the box's !!

A well stocked kitchen, enough space for my family, and close to the beach made this place great. The outside shower was very helpful with only 1 bathroom. We definitely heard the neighbors walking around upstairs, but fortunately they were respectful of their neighbors, below. The biggest challenge was the lack of parking. We are accustom to on-property parking with previous OC rentals. Finding street parking close to the house was challenging so once we got a parking space, we did not move our car unless absolutely necessary.
