About this apartment rental
This centrally-located 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home in a quiet, convenient location is just steps to the beach, boardwalk, shopping and great restaurants. The rental comes equipped with space to park two cars (one in an enclosed garage). Relax in the comfort of central air-conditioning or sip your morning coffee on one of two fully-furnished private decks. The cathedral ceiling-ed great room features a dining area that seats 10 people. Your group will sleep in comfort in the two queen-sized beds, two sets of bunk beds and a full-sized futon. For your convenience there is an outdoor shower with hot water and ample storage for your beach gear in the garage. The property's address is 1259 Asbury Avenue, Ocean City, NJ.
The living room has just been updated with a new 42" Smart HDTV television. You can use the TV to connect to Netflix, Hulu Plus, Amazon and many other streaming services to view your favorite movies and TV shows (Note: Account is not included. You must login to these services using your own account).
We require that our renters be at least 22 years old.

Ocean City is a family oriented resort town located on an island along the Atlantic Ocean about 20 minutes south of the Atlantic City casinos. Most of our beaches are lifeguard protected in the summer. There is a bayfront area for water-sports, fishing charters, and boat rentals. We have a 2.5 mile boardwalk with amusement piers, shopping, and restaurants. There is a music pier entertainment venue built out over the ocean for concerts and other events.

The apartment was lovely and just what we needed for our stay in OC. It was a quick walk to the boardwalk and had parking for two cars. The host was easy to communicate with and provided all the info we needed well before we checked in.

Clean and ready to enjoy when we arrived. Wifi access was easy, but my wife experienced weaker wifi in the back bedroom. The futon mattress in the living room area wasnt that comfortable. Easy four block walk to the boardwalk and beach.

We really enjoyed our stay. There was so much space and it was perfect for our lady's weekend! The location was great, right on Asbury near all of the shops and just a short walk to the beach. Only very, minor negative is that the living room furniture isn't the most comfortable. But when you're out and about that isn't a major deal. Would definitely stay here again!!
