Three full bathrooms, gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, living room area, five flat screen TVs with cable, ceramic tiles and hardwood floors in living area, carpet in bedrooms, and wifi access. Outdoor grill in the driveway area. Beach tags also are provided.

We had another wonderful stay here in OC for our family reunion. Beautiful home with everything we need especially as we make all our meals fresh. Karen is an awesome host and easy walk to beach, boardwalk, and town shops.

Great location! House was clean and welcoming. Hosts had plenty of beach supplies like boogie boards and a beach wagon. The AC kept the temps consistent and was perfectly sized so that the house stayed dry. My only complaints are that we needed more cabinet space for our food and the coffee maker was missing the inner basket to make it easy to dump the grounds.

Lots of room for multi-family fun. The house was ready to use, no cleaning required. The host was easy to work with and changed weeks to accommodate our schedule. Plenty of parking for 3 vehicles. The location was ideal and allowed us to walk everywhere downtown and on the boardwalk.

This house was as advertised. It's in a great location - close to beach, boardwalk, and town. We had 6 adults, 5 children, and 2 toddlers with us and the place handled us well. There's a big living and dining space - we ate meals all together each night around the large table. The covered balcony is nice. There were plenty of sand toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, and even a wagon to cart our stuff to the beach. It was super clean; the host was very helpful; and we had no problems at all. Wow! Thank you!
