About this house rental
This beautiful Beachfront 1st floor duplex has it all, especially a breath-taking full view of the ocean from the living room, dining room and kitchen! The house sits up over the dunes. Beware...many first floor beachfronts in Ocean City sit at ground level so the dunes block the ocean view but not this one! Brand new kitchen with granite countertops and new floors installed in March 2025. New bathrooms installed November 2025. Two Sliding glass doors lead to the ocean view deck and you can hear the ocean waves constantly hitting the beach even from inside the unit! Private parking for 4-5 cars under the car port. Fully furnished with 4 TVs, DVD and all the comforts of home including free WIFI. Two of the bedrooms (King and Queen) have access to the deck on Central Ave. Sleeps 8 plus 2 on queen sofa bed if needed. You can also surf fish and ocean kayak in front of the house! Just 4 blocks away from a playground that offers everything...swings, merry-go-round, basketball court & hockey rink. Dog park nearby also. Must be over 25 to rent and a non smoking unit. Only dogs under 20lbs allowed with extra $175/dog/Week or $25 per night.
Other Ocean City Features: Ocean City NJ has one of the best boardwalks on the East Coast. The address is 5617 Central Ave and located at the Southend of Ocean City which is well known as the quiet end. The boardwalk is at the the Northend....10 minute drive away. Ocean City is a dry town...no bars...which keeps Ocean City a great family resort. Only drive 15 minutes either direction to another town for nightclubs and bars. 25 Minute drive to Atlantic City.
For partial weeks there is a max of 6 people plus $40 for each extra person per night.
Winter rental available from November through March 2026 consecutive months. $2,100/Mo. plus utilities.

This location was perfect. Quiet neighborhood at the south end of the island and a spectacular view. We were here off season so many places were closed but the Acme was very close. Great sunrises and easy beach access with two little ones. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were in good order. Nice seating area for meals and games and nonstop views.
