Overall this is an excellent property, especially for a multi-generational family vacation due to the multiple levels, number of bedrooms, kitchens, etc., and access to the beach and boardwalk is two blocks so that makes it very convenient. We had 6 adults and 4 children and it worked well except that the first floor does not have access to second or third floors. The folks staying upstairs have a separate entrance which made for a minor inconvenience.All rooms were clean and plenty of basic utensils, plates, etc., for whatever meals you have planned.Host was responsive to inquiries.The only criticism I can share is the mattress my wife and I slept on, located on the first floor back bedroom, was horrible. I would rent again but I would have to take an air mattress.

We were four households with our adult children and our grandkids. The kitchens have everything you need to cook in, while the location is a short walk to all the food and fun the boardwalk has to offer. The kids declared it “the best vacation ever” and we old folks had to agree!

Each floor is like a separate apartment with a kitchen and bathroom. Perfect for extended families and older teens/ young adults.

We had a wonderful time at this property for our family Thanksgiving gathering. The house was very clean, beds comfortable, and the location was great, so close to the boardwalk and Asbury Ave! We enjoyed having separate spaces so we could get away when we needed to - my husband worked from "home" on Friday so he had quiet space to work from. We love Ocean City and this house filled our needs perfectly - the first floor was spacious enough for 10 of us to enjoy celebrating the holiday together. We love bringing our fur kids, thanks for allowing them as well!
