About this house rental

This beautiful home combines a 1st and 2nd floor vacation property giving you 10 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, plus 2 outdoor cabana showers, and sleeps up to 28 for your extended family and friends in the heart of OCNJ. There is a private elevator from the ground level to the 2nd floor only. Stairwells from the ground to the 1st floor and 2nd floor, and an internal connecting door so you do not need to exit the home to enter the other. This door is only unlocked when both floors are rented together. Located on the corner of 9th & Wesley Avenue (840 and 842 Wesley) close to everything. You are just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, or downtown to enjoy all that Ocean City has to offer. There is 1,800 sq ft of living area on each floor which includes 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on each floor. There are no steps once inside either floor, plus the entry level recreation areas as a bonus. The larger entryway/recreation room on the ground level has a TV, foosball table, art table and games, the other entryway/recreation room has a TV, game table, and games. Family rooms with large flat screen TVs, TV in each entry level room, as well as TVs in all bedrooms. WiFi, YouTubeTV, games, beach tags, beach chairs, beach stroller, beach wagon, boogie boards, beach toys, umbrellas, cooler, outdoor cabana showers, washer/dryer on each floor, high chair, and pack n’ plays. Comfortable front decks off the living room areas for enjoyment rain or shine with locking gait to front stairs, decks in the back off the master. Ladies golf getaway. The house was beautiful n very well stocked with everything. We had brought paper products with n found anything we had needed was supplied. Great location to many great golf courses,restaurants, the beach n boardwalk. Joanne the host/owner was wonderful, answer any questions we had within 30-60 minutes.Highly recommend this home.

Absolutely stunning property. Our group stayed in both properties and loved that they joined via one interior door. Fully equipped, (beach items too) spotless and spacious. We loved that every room had a TV with UTube TV already available. Very close to boardwalk and shops on Asbury. The only negative is the extremely busy intersection (9th street) and the consistent high traffic noise. Otherwise amazing host, thank you very much

The place was as pictured. We rented both places connected by stairway. Joanne went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. She sent very detailed information about check in etc. She was quick to respond to emails and text. The place was ready early and she said we could check in earlier than reservation. We rented linen and towels. Joann put us in touch with Missy. Missy provided quality linens and towels for a reasonable price. Missy also provided extra hand towels etc.at no charge. The towels were especially high quality, think luxury hotel. Sheets clean and smelled wonderful. Everything was there when we arrived. The place is on a very nice and quiet block and very walkable. Parking during this time of year was free. There is also a garage for parking behind the house. The grocery store is two blocks away and made for a nice walk. The beach is also close and only a few blocks. There is a playground and park, also a few blocks away and nice small stores including a very nice candy store, pizza shop etc. all within walking distance. We had a pretty large group, so we had to make space so we could all eat together. Joanne allowed us to move the furniture and provided tables and chairs that were perfect for our group and easy to put up and take down when done. She also made sure we had everything to start our vacation i.e. toiletries, pots and pans, dishes etc. Every bathroom had what we needed for the time we were there. She also provided extra blankets in every room, two play rooms for kids, board games etc. Overall a very good choice for the holidays! Thank you!
