About this house rental
This unique single family home was completed in June 2008. It's impeccably furnished/maintained! It has great appeal for people traveling with handicapped guests. 2 out of the 5 bedrooms are master suites. On the 1st floor, up a ramp from your private parking area that easily fits four vehicles is a 'handicapped accessible' master suite which includes a full bathroom with a glass & marble shower. This suite has many of the normal handicap amenities along with a California King size bed. The other suite is on the 2nd floor & includes a king size bed & a twin bed for the child who might still need to be somewhat close to mom/dad, a spectacular 'huge' bathroom with a sit down glass/marble shower & a deck. There's a 2nd bedroom on the 2nd floor with a queen size bed, a full bathroom and a 2nd living room which includes a VERY large plasma TV, 2 sofas, chairs & a porch with table and chairs. The 3rd floor has a full bath with 2 bedrooms; 1 with 3 twin beds & a 2nd with 2 sets of bunkbeds & a single bed. This room also enjoys a deck with a breathtaking view of our famous Ocean City ferris wheel all decorated with beautiful state of the art led lights. I also included two air mattresses for those additional guests who just pop in for the beach and a place to crash. As far as linens, they are not included with rental fee but a full linens package option is available directly through owner.

Dan was an exceptional host. He met us at the house the first day to welcome us and give the lay of the land. He also provided recommendations for restaurants and made himself available throughout the week to support any needs. The house was beautiful and in a perfect location to either access the boardwalk or Asbury Ave, and was just a short walk to a great coffee shop.

Dan was very responsive in communication, friendly and easy to work with.This 3 level home was spacious and very clean. A linen package is offered, which we will definitely do next time! (Why pack sheets and make beds?) We were able to park 4 cars behind the house off street. A ramp from the back driveway leads up to the kitchen door with 1st floor MBR on the right immediately upon entering the house, well equipped kitchen, dining, and living area also on 1st floor and outside porch seating in front of house. Many bikes and beach equipment available in the garage as well as an extra refrigerator. Another HUGH MBR is located on the second floor with spa-like bathroom, twin bed, and balcony. A queen bedroom, full hallway bathroom,and 2nd living room with balcony and sofa bed also on second floor which we utilized as an extra bedroom. Two bedrooms (6 twins and 2 full beds) are on 3rd floor with shared full bathroomIt rained heavy on our last two days but we were relieved to know that this street did not flood like some streets on the bay side, so our cars were high and safe.
